Team Digital Wallets - I’m specifically driving the Shopping pillar
Story
Currently, I’m the primary UX Researcher driving and owning research across Honey and PayPal Shopping products to scale top-of-funnel leads, increase checkout selection rate, and drive greater adoption with cash back offers.
In efforts to encourage teams to make user-informed decisions, I’m cross-collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Eng, PMM) to ensure that we’re creating and launching joyful experiences informed by foundational bodies of work. Recent product launches my research has impacted include: Comparison Shopping experience on Honey’s web shopping destination (See it in action here), Honey Mobile Safari Extension acquiring ~1M weekly active users, growing ~$141K weekly revenue, and Product Cash Back Offers scaling to PayPal mobile experience with 7% conversion rate.
